Do I get tracking service?
Yes. An AWB copy will be shared with you by the Pace Express representative while collecting the parcel. The AWB number can be tracked on https://paceexp.com/. once booked and will give you real time tracking updates.
Do you provide insurance?
Yes, we do. We have partnered with an Insurance Agency to provide Insurance for your valuable items if needed.
How safe is it to ship with Pace Express?
Pace Express works with branded networks and reputed courier agents at the origin & destination points of your package. We are an authorized agent for major shipping liners.
What is the transit time with Air shipping?
We have various options for transit time. You may choose from either our Economy service or our Express service. Our Economy service delivers within an 8-12* business days’ time and our Express service delivers within a 3-6* business days’ transit time for our International shipping services. Please contact our customer service team to confirm transit times as they vary by country.
Do you provide packing service?
Yes, Pace Express can provide packing service at certain locations. Please contact our customer support team to learn if packing services are available at your location.
Do you provide door pickup service?
Yes, we do pick packages from ALMOST all parts of Mumbai. Pickup charges may or may not apply depending on your pickup location Please contact our customer support team to learn about pickup charges for your shipment. Once you schedule your shipment on our website we will notify you if shipment is out of area coverage and cannot be pickup up.
What about custom duty charge?
Custom duty charges are separate from shipping charges and are never included in shipping quote. Custom charges are ascertained by customs officer at destination country and cannot be ascertained at time of shipment. Determination of custom duties at a destination country is based on type of shipment, value of shipment, content of shipment and more. Please contact our customer support team if you have additional questions on custom duties and taxes.
What is the actual dimensional and chargeable weight?
All shipment are charged at chargeable weight. Chargeable weight is determined by comparing the actual weight and the volumetric weight (calculated by l*b*h/5000). The higher amongst the two will be considered as the chargeable weight. For example, if actual weight of your package is 5 Kg and dimensional weight is 10 Kg, chargeable weight of shipment will be 10 Kg.
