Each transaction made by PACE PROJECTS AND LOGISTICS PVT. LTD., PACE EXPRESS PVT. LTD., or TIME SAVING COURIERS PVT. LTD. is subject to the terms and conditions listed below, which are deemed to be a condition of any contract made between PACE PROJECTS AND LOGISTICS PVT. LTD., PACE EXPRESS PVT. LTD., or TIME SAVING COURIERS PVT. LTD. and its customers.
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing and signed by an authorised representative of PACE PROJECTS AND LOGISTICS PVT. LTD., PACE EXPRESS PVT. LTD., or TIME SAVING COURIERS PVT. LTD., neither PACE PROJECTS AND LOGISTICS PVT. LTD., PACE EXPRESS PVT. LTD., nor TIME SAVING COURIERS PVT. LTD. is bound by any arrangement that would purport to alter these terms and conditions. All other terms and conditions, whether specifically specified in these terms and conditions or implied by law, customs, or otherwise, are hereby expressly excluded. Any representations, assertions, promises, conditions, or agreements that are not specifically contained in these terms may not be made by an employee, servant, agent, or representative. No such statements or agreements obligate PACE PROJECTS AND LOGISTICS PVT. LTD., PACE EXPRESS PVT. LTD., or TIME SAVING COURIERS PVT. LTD. in any way, nor can they be interpreted as creating a separate contract with PACE PROJECTS AND LOGISTICS PVT. LTD., PACE EXPRESS PVT. LTD., or TIME SAVING COURIERS PVT. LTD. that is collateral to the main agreement.
PACE PROJECTS AND LOGISTICS PVT. LTD., PACE EXPRESS PVT. LTD., OR TIME SAVING COURIERS PVT. LTD. DO NOT ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING FOR COURIER: Cash (in any currency), Cash Cheques, Redeemable Cash Vouchers, Share Certificates, Bonds, Negotiable Instruments (Bonds, etc.), Jewelry, Precious Metals and Stones, etc.), Firearms/Explosives, All Combustible/Inflammable Products (e.g., Paint, Turpentine, Spirit, etc.), Personal Documents (Passports, Identity Cards, Certificates, Liquor, Tobacco, Perishable Food, ALL OTHER DANGEROUS OR HAZARDOUS goods, handphones, and any goods or materials that are prohibited by both international and national laws.
When conducting or arranging transportation/logistics, storage, or any other services, PACE PROJECTS AND LOGISTICS PVT. LTD. OR PACE EXPRESS PVT. LTD. OR TIME SAVING COURIERS PVT. LTD. is entitled to delegate the items or arrangements to third parties in accordance with their contractual terms. Indemnifying PACE PROJECTS AND LOGISTICS PVT. LTD., PACE EXPRESS PVT. LTD., or TIME SAVING COURIERS PVT. LTD. from any claims made as a result of the client’s acceptance, the client agrees to be legally bound by these terms.
Due to the fact that PACE PROJECTS AND LOGISTICS PVT. LTD., PACE EXPRESS PVT. LTD., or TIME SAVING COURIERS PVT. LTD. is not a common carrier, these companies maintain the right to deny the carriage or shipping of any kind of products.
Customers who conduct any type of business with PACE PROJECTS AND LOGISTICS PVT. LTD., PACE EXPRESS PVT. LTD., or TIME SAVING COURIERS PVT. LTD. expressly warrant that neither the transaction nor the transportation of the goods violates any any statute, regulation, or other law relating to postal or courier services. Additionally, they guarantee that they are either the legitimate owners of any commodities or property that are part of the transaction or their authorised representatives. The customer acknowledges these terms on behalf of themselves and any other parties by participating in the transaction. Customers acknowledge that they are responsible for any costs, losses, damages, charges, or expenditures resulting from any breach of these guarantees and agree to indemnify PACE PROJECTS AND LOGISTICS PVT. LTD., PACE EXPRESS PVT. LTD., or TIME SAVING COURIERS PVT. LTD.
When providing information to PACE PROJECTS AND LOGISTICS PVT. LTD., PACE EXPRESS PVT. LTD., or TIME SAVING COURIERS PVT. LTD. for customs, consular, or other purposes, the owners, sender, consignees, and their agents, if any, are deemed to be bound by and warrant the accuracy of all descriptions, values, and other particulars. Additionally, they agree to indemnify PACE PROJECTS AND LOGISTICS PVT. LTD., PACE EXPRESS PVT LTD., or TIME SAVING COURIERS PVT LTD. from any losses, damages, costs, or penalties brought on by any errors or omissions, even if they are not the fault of anyone.
In no event will PACE PROJECTS AND LOGISTICS PVT. LTD., PACE EXPRESS PVT. LTD., OR TIME SAVING COURIERS PVT. LTD. be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from or connected with any marks, numbers, weights, quality, brands, contents, or descriptions of any things.
Any loss, damage, or expenditure resulting from or connected with any marks, numbers, weights, quality, brands, contents, or descriptions of any goods shall in no way be the responsibility of PACE PROJECTS AND LOGISTICS PVT. LTD., PACE EXPRESS PVT. LTD., or TIME SAVING COURIERS PVT. LTD. PACE PROJECTS AND LOGISTICS PVT. LTD., PACE EXPRESS PVT. LTD., or TIME SAVING COURIERS PVT. LTD. will not be held liable for the same. For delayed shipments, no compensation is provided, and no claims will be considered either.
For any payments, fines, expenses, losses, or damages incurred or sustained by PACE PROJECTS AND LOGISTICS PVT. LTD., PACE EXPRESS PVT. LTD., or TIME SAVING COURIERS PVT. LTD. in connection with the goods as well as for any duties, taxes, imposts, or other outlays of whatever nature imposed by the authorities of any port or place, the sender, owners, consignees, and their agents if any are liable.
For goods that cannot be delivered because they are not collected or accepted by the consignee, they were not addressed properly, PACE PROJECTS AND LOGISTICS PVT. LTD. OR PACE EXPRESS PVT. LTD. OR TIME SAVING COURIERS PVT. LTD. may elect to sell or return any such goods at any time following the passage of seven days from the date a written notice is sent to the address that the sender provided to PACE PROJECTS AND LOGISTICS PVT. LTD. OR PACE EXPRESS PVT LTD. OR TIME SAVING COURIERS PVT. LTD. Any fees and expenses related to the sale or return of the products must be paid for by the customer. Whatever communication from the agent or correspondence from PACE PROJECTS AND LOGISTICS PVT. LTD., PACE EXPRESS PVT. LTD., or TIME SAVING COURIERS PVT. LTD. saying that the items cannot be delivered for any reason is sufficient evidence of that fact.
Any claims or complaints regarding delayed or damaged shipments must be addressed in writing to PACE PROJECTS AND LOGISTICS PVT. LTD., PACE EXPRESS PVT. LTD., or TIME SAVING COURIERS PVT. LTD. within 48 hours. PACE PROJECTS AND LOGISTICS PVT. LTD. OR PACE EXPRESS PVT. LTD. OR TIME SAVING COURIERS PVT. LTD. will not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage that results from such failure if the lost consignments are not reported within seven days of the day the goods or documents were expected to arrive or due to arrive at their destination.
The paperwork must be supplied and packaging for the goods must be supplied done by the customer. Any loss or damage caused by improper or insufficient paperwork and/or packaging is not the responsibility of PACE PROJECTS AND LOGISTICS PVT. LTD., PACE EXPRESS PVT. LTD., or TIME SAVING COURIERS PVT. LTD.
Goods that are injurious, toxic, harmful, hazardous, inflammable, explosive, or dangerous will not be accepted or handled by PACE PROJECTS AND LOGISTICS PVT. LTD., PACE EXPRESS PVT. LTD., OR TIME SAVING COURIERS PVT. LTD. The goods may be destroyed or handled in any other way at the sole discretion of PACE PROJECTS AND LOGISTICS PVT. LTD., PACE EXPRESS PVT. LTD., TIME SAVING COURIERS PVT. LTD., or any other person in whose possession the goods may be at the time of the relevant event. Any individual who delivers such goods to PACE Projects and Logistics Pvt. Ltd., Pace Express Pvt. Ltd., or Time Saving Couriers Pvt. Ltd., or who directs them to handle or deal with any such goods, is liable and responsible for any resulting loss or damage and shall indemnify Pace Projects and Logistics Pvt. OR PACE EXPRESS PVT. LTD. OR TIME SAVING COURIERS PVT. LTD. from any fines, losses, claims, charges, complaints resulting therefrom. The term “Goods” refers to materials or items that are “likely to cause damage” including anything that could harbour or attract pests of all kind.
Any servant, employee, or agent of PACE PROJECTS AND LOGISTICS PVT. LTD., PACE EXPRESS PVT. LTD., or TIME SAVING COURIERS PVT. LTD. is not responsible for the classification of, or liability for the amount scale or rate of, any excise duty, customs duty, or other impost or tax that may be applicable to any goods or property. , whether oral or written, made by whomever, how, or for whomever, shall not be held liable or responsible under any circumstances for any loss or harm caused by or attributed to any quotation, statement, representation, or information.
Without limiting the generality of the aforementioned, PACE PROJECTS AND LOGISTICS PVT. LTD. OR PACE EXPRESS PVT. LTD. OR TIME SAVING COURIERS PVT. LTD. or any subsidiary companies are not liable for any loss or damage suffered by the client, regardless of how such loss or damage was brought about or arose. This covers misdelivery or non-delivery of goods or services, loss or damage to goods and services, disguised damage, delays in customs procedures, internal re-mailing or any other means of on-forwarding in or to foreign countries, antagonism, deterioration, contamination, and evaporation (whether war be declared or not, or any act of God), regardless of whether this is due to negligence, willful misconduct, wrongdoing on the part of either PACE PROJECTS AND LOGISTICS PVT. LTD. OR PACE EXPRESS PVT. LTD. OR TIME SAVING COURIERS PVT. LTD. its employees, agents, or any other person or entity. rebellion, war, insurrection, invasion, civil war, military or usurped power, acts of foreign enemies, confiscation, or under the order of any government, public or local authority
In case of any issues or disputes arising either from the violation of the above standard conditions of carriage or any external factors that may not be mentioned in this contract then the same shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Bangalore courts.
The cost of a small or large package is determined by volumetric weight (dimensional weight). The following formula is used to calculate the volumetric weight of a parcel: Volumetric weight is determined by multiplying the dimensions by 5000. (Kgs) The formula used to get the volumetric weight for courier shipments and freight / cargo shipments is Length x Width x Height (cm) / 6000. (Kgs)
PACE PROJECTS AND LOGISTICS PVT. LTD., PACE EXPRESS PVT. LTD., OR TIME SAVING COURIERS PVT. LTD. shall not be obligated to submit any Proof of Delivery after two months have passed since the date of shipment.
According to Indian customs, courier service is permitted for shipments of goods with a value of up to 25,000 INR (CSB- IV). Products that cost more than 25,000 INR must be shipped via CSB-V or commercial mode. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide authentic goods value.
Please take note that “any dispute or disputes emerging from this consignment shall be subject to the exclusive and irrevocable jurisdiction of courts at Bangalore.” This applies to the performance or nonperformance of the aforementioned terms and conditions
